I believe yoga is an expression of love. Yoga flows from the heart, a true union of body and soul, resulting in a practice that exudes self love.

I am so humbled to be teaching at The Yoga Expo in March. Expo is an incredible event, bringing together many styles, many teachers, and many students with a common love of yoga.

This year’s event will be the biggest yet, two full days! Tickets are available for single days or for the two day event. There are also special bundles so you can share the yoga love with your friends.
