Pack your bags

As we walk through life, we acquire knowledge and wisdom, but we also develop sensitivities, sometimes referred to as “baggage.”

Any good journey requires baggage; it carries our necessities and the extra stuff we need “just in case” of an emergency because life can be messy and unpredictable. But remember, it’s important not to pack so much your baggage weighs you down, it’s going to be traveling with you a long time.

Sometimes your baggage will feel heavy, and other times you will forget you’re carrying it at all. Try not to let your baggage define you, but rather allow it to remind you of the fascinating journey that is your life.

Always honor yourself, your needs and your boundaries as you travel your path. Self care is the highest form of self love.
